Ahoj all,

Update:
New address of Immigration office is Tuřanka 1554/115b, 627 00 Brno - Slatina

I already posted instruction how to extend validity of long term residency permit (click here). But rules and regulations are being changed eventually. Needless to say, as we all know and feel effects of COVID-19 pandemic. It affected and still changing normal procedures.

In short, currently the best and most advisable, I would say even only possible option to submit application, is via post mail. So, I will cover in this post in details how to do it, from my own experience.

But before, be aware that you can get latest and official informations/updates on following link:

Once you have all these papers, signed with proper date, you will have to send them to following address:

Obviously, you want to track letter and ensure that it will be delivered. So you send it as Registered letter (Doporučené psaní). For that you either need present Czech Post Customer Card (Zákaznická karta) or fill Posting Form (Podací lístek) out. You can get Posting Form from any Post office and better have it advance, otherwise you will have to fill it out during posting and it time consuming.

Example Posting Form, please note that zip code is an example here for sender.

You can track letter by number on Czech Post web page (click here) or thru Mobile App (click here). Once letter is deliverd, wait week or 10 days, then contact Immigration office via phone to ensure that your application is accepted and ask for its number. So you can track status (click here).

Please note that all this steps and rules could be altered, so follow official publications also.

Thank you all for views.
