Each country has own customs and the Custom

Ahoj Everyone,

I ordered some goods from USA, which had total cost more than EUR 22. In this case I had to pay extra VAT, as order was outside of EU.

5. Will the addressee have to pay any fee for delivery of a consignment worth EUR 22-150?

Consignments worth EUR 22-150 are duty-free, and the customer/addressee will have to pay only the assessed VAT (20%) and the fee for the Czech Post's services.

But let me tell you exactly what I did. Firstly, I got mail with contains following papers:

Front side scan of parcel (box)

Authorisation Form (link)

Application For Electronic Sending (link)

General information, instructions, order details and FAQ

Fill Authorisation Form as following example in this link. Note that if you don't have permanent residence in the Czech Republic, then fill your permanent address of origin country in the Trvalý pobyt field.  This document gives Czech post office power to handle customs on your behalf. It can be revoked later.

Fill Application For Electronic Sending as following example in this link

The make photo copy of those two, save or make screenshot of  receipt from web store of order (which contains list of goods, price and other details), save or make screen shot from your bank account transaction (mobil or internet) of exact payment. Attach all these files into one email and send to sklad.praha120@cpost.cz. Subject of email must be either the stock number or the posting number (reference code). These numbers are located in the mail which you will get as Skladové číslo and Podací číslo.

I got feedback about declaration pass and transportation after 2 days (with total amount of fee). And got package itself after 2 days, it was hand delivery by DHL, so payed fee to deliveryman (it could be different, depending on delivery option).

I cannot tell if this steps is enough to all cases, but it should be similar. In case of missing info or document, they - Czech post office will contact you.
